I’ve Seen a Thing or Two—And I’m Here to Help

I’m Paula Mongold, owner and founder of Office ResQ, LLC. And like the Farmers Insurance tagline says: I know a thing or two because I’ve seen a thing or two.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked at nearly every level of an organization—from an entry-level nursing assistant in a hospital, to VP of a philanthropic foundation, and just about everything in between.

As I reflect on my 30+ years of work, the role I’ve felt most at home in has always been a support role. It may not sound glamorous on the surface, but I firmly believe that the most pivotal component of any successful project, start-up, or even multi-million-dollar merger or acquisition is a competent organizer. I’ve had the honor of playing that role in each of those scenarios.

Much of my experience has been rooted in healthcare, but I’ve also worked in media and philanthropy. A proverbial jack-of-all-trades, many of my professional skills have been self-taught out of necessity—though I’ve also earned degrees in communication and business, along with my SHRM-CP certification through the Society for Human Resource Management.

On a personal note, I’ve called Wyoming home for nearly 30 years, raising two incredible kids and more than a few beloved dogs along the way. I’m an active soul who’s always up for a challenge—I even ran four marathons after the age of 40. But I’ve reached the point in my life where I’m ready to dedicate my time and energy to what matters most—and what I do best.

Office ResQ was born out of that intention: to help others meet their goals while I live my best life doing the work I love. I’d be honored to be your partner in success.
